You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access. orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes or duties. We aim for accuracy but pricing, availability and product descriptions may change without notice, and we may correct errors or cancel and refund an affected order. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the contract forms when we dispatch.

acceptable use

You may not resell or redistribute material for human or veterinary use, misrepresent your purpose, use the site unlawfully, scrape or copy site content or images, attempt to disrupt the service, or reproduce our brand assets without written permission. All site content, photography and text remain our property.

Materials are provided as described in their lot documentation and without any other warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
