What can be returned, the window to raise a claim, how refunds are issued, and how we handle analytical discrepancies.

return window
You may raise a return or refund claim within 14 days of delivery. Email research@fortunapeptides.com with your order number and the lot number printed on the vial label to receive a return authorisation before shipping anything back. Unauthorised returns cannot be credited.
what is eligible
Unopened vials with intact seals in original packaging, incorrect items sent by us, items damaged in transit, and material whose analytical results deviate materially from the accompanying Certificate of Analysis.
what is not eligible
Opened, reconstituted, punctured or otherwise used vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Consumable supplies such as bacteriostatic water and syringes are non-returnable once opened. Claims raised after 14 days, and material stored outside the stated conditions, are not eligible.
analytical discrepancies
If your own HPLC or mass-spectrometry results conflict with the lot documentation, send us the raw data and instrument conditions. We will re-test our retained sample from the same lot and, where the discrepancy is confirmed, replace the material or refund it in full including shipping.
how refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or confirming the claim. Your bank may take a further few days to post the credit. Shipping charges are refunded only where the fault was ours.
return shipping
We cover return shipping when the item was incorrect, damaged or discrepant. For all other authorised returns the customer covers return shipping and we recommend a tracked service, since we can only credit returns we actually receive.
cancellations and exchanges
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch — contact us quickly, as most orders leave the same business day. We do not run direct exchanges; return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
