analytical standards

a vial is only as good as its paperwork

Analytical documentation is the product. Below is exactly what we test, what ships with each lot, and what you can request from us at any time.

how a lot gets released

four checkpoints, no exceptions
  1. 01

    synthesis & lyophilization

Material is produced by solid-phase synthesis, cleaved, purified and lyophilized under inert conditions before it is sealed into a vial.

  2. 02

    reverse-phase hplc

Each lot is assayed by RP-HPLC. Peak-area purity is recorded and the chromatogram is retained against the lot number.

  3. 03

    mass-spectrometry identity

Observed mass is compared to the expected sequence mass to catch truncations and misincorporations that a purity number alone will not surface.

  4. 04

    release & documentation

Nothing ships without a lot-matched certificate of analysis. Randomised lots also go out to an independent laboratory.

what each check actually proves

hplc purity

Every lot is assayed by reverse-phase HPLC before release, and the chromatogram ships with the batch so you can verify the peak area yourself.

mass confirmation

Molecular identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry against the expected sequence mass, catching truncations and misincorporations that purity alone will not show.

cold chain

Material is lyophilized under inert conditions, sealed, and dispatched insulated so assay integrity survives transit.

independent testing

Randomised lots are sent to an independent analytical laboratory; those reports are available on request for any batch we have shipped.

what a certificate of analysis contains

Every shipment is lot-matched to its own document. If you need a copy for a batch you already hold, request it by lot number.
