shipping policy

processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are prepared for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends or on US public holidays are prepared the next business day. Orders that require additional eligibility review may take one extra business day.

domestic delivery

We ship across the United States with tracked courier services. Standard service arrives in 2–5 business days; expedited service arrives in 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $200; below that a flat $12 rate applies.

international delivery

International consignments are quoted at checkout and typically arrive in 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes and for confirming that import of research chemicals is lawful in their jurisdiction.

packaging

Lyophilized material is shipped in sealed vials inside protective inserts. Temperature-sensitive items ship with cold packs in an insulated mailer. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded, and each consignment includes the lot documentation for the material inside.

tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is generated and is also shown in your account. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.

delays, loss and damage

Carrier delays caused by weather, customs or courier backlog are outside our control, but we will assist with any claim. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days domestically or 21 calendar days internationally, contact us and we will open an investigation and replace or refund a confirmed lost consignment.

Report visible damage or a compromised cold pack within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer box, inner packaging and vials so we can replace the affected items.

address accuracy and refused parcels

Please check your shipping address before ordering; we cannot reroute a consignment after dispatch. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable, refused or unclaimed are refunded less shipping and any carrier return fee.
