information we collect

Account and order data you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, research affirmation and age confirmation, order history and support correspondence.

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source. We use this for security, fraud screening and to understand which pages are useful.

how we use it

To verify eligibility, process and ship orders, issue documentation such as Certificates of Analysis, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and accounting obligations, and — where you have opted in — send occasional updates about new reference materials.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects, and we do not sell your personal information.

payment information

Card and payment details are entered with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a transaction reference, the outcome and the last four digits where applicable.

who we share with

Service providers acting on our instructions: payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, hosting and error monitoring. Each receives the minimum data needed to perform that service.

Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to disclose, and a successor entity in the event of a merger or sale of the business.

cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the age gate, session, account login and cart, plus limited analytics cookies to measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and account areas will not work.

retention

Order and tax records are kept for seven years as required by law. Account records are kept while your account is active and for two years after your last order. Support correspondence is kept for two years.

your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing, request a portable copy, or opt out of marketing at any time. Email research@fortunapeptides.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests cannot remove records we must retain for tax or regulatory reasons.

security and age

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password for your account.

This site is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete such records on discovery.
